Heading out on a field trip? Check your field trip details and pack accordingly. Covered shoes are essential for all field trips (not kayaking). Depending on your destination, you may also need a hat, warm layers, boots, bathers or cycling clothes.

Dressing up for the Landcare Awards and Gala? The dress code is semi-formal, so dress to impress!

Monday night, small-town vibes. Arriving in Corowa or Rutherglen on Monday night? Dining options are limited, so we recommend you book ahead to avoid missing out.

Pre-ordered your merch by 12 October? Collect your order from 11 am on Tuesday 27 October at the merch stall in the Miss Birdie’s Room at Club Corowa.

Missed out on ordering merch? No worries! Merchandise orders will reopen during the conference. Scan the QR code at the merch stall to place your order. Delivery costs will be charged to the buyer.

Heading to the Muster? Parking near the Hall is limited, so we recommend parking at Club Corowa and enjoying the 800-metre walk to the Hall. Registration opens at 7.30 am, with the Muster running from 8.30 am to 11.45 am.

Where do I register? Attending the Landcare Muster? Register at the Hall from 7.30 am. Not attending the Muster? Head to Club Corowa, where conference registration opens at 11 am.

Get creative from 11 am to 1 pm. Head to the Wellness Marquee at Club Corowa for weaving and art activities. Come along, have a go and get involved!

Booked a bus shuttle ticket? If you’re one of the 23 people who selected the bus shuttle option when purchasing your ticket, Susie and Dave will contact you directly via WhatsApp or email with your shuttle details.

Everyone with a general ticket will receive complimentary coach transfers from designated bus stops to the Welcome Function, Awards Gala and Balldale Hotel Dinner, as well as for scheduled conference field trips. These transfers are available to all attendees, regardless of whether you selected the bus shuttle option on your ticket.

Know your pick-up point. Check the conference bus timetable for designated stops and departure times. Please arrive on time, as buses will depart promptly and cannot wait for late passengers.
